When fishing you have to choose the rite gear.  For most trout fisheries, power bait, fly's, or spinners are best to use but sometimes worms are good. In rivers the current can steal bait off your hook, so I suggest lures or fly fishing.





for bass, pike, and muskies, spinners are good, but rapalas are excellent.with pike and muskies, with there toothy mouth's ,you might want steal leader line. larger baits intimidate larger fish. So with pike and muskies you may want larger lures.
